Who Needs a Screen? #DreamBigStartSmall Challenge

The average American spends 5.4 hours a day on their smartphones, with some saying they spend 12 hours on their phone a day (TechJury). Including time at your computer, laptop, tablet, or TV – that’s a lot of time looking at a screen and not being present with friends and family.

Can you challenge your household to cut back on their recreational screen time?

Download and print out this handy list to inspire your kids (and yourself) to put your phones down and be in the present.

Do you have ideas to add to the list? Share ’em with us on social media and you could be rewarded with a $15 Dunkin gift card, so treat yo’self.

Five winners will be selected at random on or before February 28, 2021.
