Free Download: Printable Recipe Cards

As much as we love getting outdoors in the wintertime, some days the weather is just too intense for sledding or snowball fights. Whether it’s a snow day and your kids are home from school or a blustery winter weekend, indoor-only days call for fun activities, like cooking and baking! Did you know that cooking and baking with your kids can help them discover new foods and flavors? It’s also a great way for them to practice measuring and counting.

With snow in the forecast, now is a great time to brainstorm snow day recipes, pick up your ingredients, and print out the recipe cards below!

Print out the recipe cards at home or from your local library, help your child carefully cut them out, and fill them in while you cook or bake.
