Free Download: Wildflower I.D. Chart

You know the saying: April showers bring May flowers, and late spring in Maine means plenty of wildflowers blanketing roadsides, back yards, and fields. After a gray winter, spotting vibrant blooming wildflowers isn’t just exciting for kids, it’s also a great learning opportunity for curious kiddos, especially on nature walks and even long car rides.

We’ve created a handy wildflower I.D. chart and coloring page for you to print out and bring along on all your springtime adventures. Simply print it out at home or your local library, and help your child identify the flowers they see using the pictures and names on the page – they can even color them in!
